Rent is collected at the beginning of each month and disbursed to owners at the end of the month, along with your Owner’s Statement. Funds are held throughout the month to ensure availability for any maintenance or repair needs that may arise. Owners may choose to receive proceeds via direct deposit or mailed check.
Your Owner’s Statement provides a clear summary of monthly and year-to-date income and expenses. You may choose between:
- Standard statements, which show summarized expense categories, or
- Detailed statements, which itemize each expense with specific descriptions.
