Property Utilities Onboarding

1. Trademark will pay outstanding utility bills if you provide the bill to us and request payment.

2. As soon as possible, upon start of management, Trademark will transfer any owner paid utilities to Trademark ASAP

3. W/S and sometimes trash get paid by Trademark and then billed to the responsible party

4. Shared meters and common area utilities will be transferred to Trademark and billed to owner

5. Trademark will transfer all utilities to Trademark to make payments. Copies of the bills are made available on the Owner Portal.

6. When a resident moves in, utilities they are responsible for are transferred to them (excluding W/S and sometimes trash)
