How much is the security deposit?

Deposit amount depends on credit score and rental history. Typically, the deposit amount is equal to one month’s rent. However, if your credit score is under 600 and/or you have negative or little rental history, the deposit may be increased to two months rent.

Are you pet friendly?

Most of our properties are pet friendly. We require a pet deposit and monthly pet fee and some breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions.

What are valid forms of payment?

Money order, cashier’s check, debit or credit card. No cash.

Are roommates allowed?

Any potential roommates must apply and pass the same requirements as the primary tenant.

If I am evicted or leave owing rent, will I be turned over to a collection agency?

Yes and it will also go on your credit report as landlord debt.
