Pet Approval Process
Before bringing a pet into your home, approval is required. All residents must complete the pet screening process, which helps ensure compliance with community guidelines and fair housing regulations. Fill out the form below to get started.
This process applies to all pets, including service animals and emotional support animals (ESA). Proper documentation is required for ESA or service animal consideration.
Restricted Dog Breeds
For safety and insurance reasons, certain dog breeds—whether full or mixed—are restricted unless approved with appropriate documentation (such as ESA verification). Restricted breeds include:
- Rottweiler
- Doberman Pinscher
- “Pit” breeds (family includes several breeds)
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- American Bully
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier
- American Bulldog
Management reserves the right to evaluate all animals on a case-by-case basis.
Pet Fees & Monthly Pet Rent
Approved pets are subject to the following fees:
- $300 non-refundable pet fee (per pet)
- $40 monthly pet rent (per pet)
Fees may vary depending on the number of pets and specific property guidelines.
Lease Addendum
Once approved, a Pet Addendum will be added to your lease outlining pet responsibilities, rules, and expectations. Pets are not permitted on the premises until approval is finalized and the addendum is signed.
